The founder

Sarah Dillard has been an early voice on how leaders and institutions must adapt to generative AI. She was experimenting with LLMs before ChatGPT launched, and authored the education sector's first op-ed on the topic — "Schools Must Embrace the Looming Disruption of ChatGPT."

She advises Harvard Business School on the development of an AI-native entrepreneurship program, and previously founded Kaleidoscope Education, which has taught practical liberal arts skills to students from more than 100 countries. A former Bain & Company consultant, she holds an MBA and MPP from Harvard and a BA in Economics from Duke University.
